Hello! I’m Erica
My journey into therapy started with my own need for healing. My life has required me to explore my internal world and go to the depths to really know who I am. Therapy helped me in ways I don’t take lightly. It helped me find alignment, meet myself in a real and honest way, and begin building a life that actually felt authentic to me. As a fellow healer, I know that introspection is some of the hardest work we will do. It can be repetitive, frustrating, and overwhelming at times. This work matters. You deserve it, and your relationships, your sense of self, and your life will be better for it.
My career journey before becoming a therapist began in the world of health and wellness, where I spent a decade exploring how our bodies, habits, and environments shape our physical health and experience of life. I loved helping people find strength, vitality, and balance. But over time, I realized that no matter how much we cared for the body or adjusted routines, lasting change always came from something deeper: the inner life, soul alignment, the emotional currents we carry.
I became a therapist to create a space where people could reconnect to themselves and their own wisdom. I believe healing happens in the moments of connection with empathy, presence, and openness. Connection is the container in which trust grows, insight emerges, and transformation becomes possible. Only when we feel safe do we give ourselves permission to face our fears, try something new and form new thoughts, behaviors and actions.
I am endlessly fascinated by the human experience, how we carry both strength and vulnerability, how past experiences shape our present, and how courageous it is to step into awareness of our patterns and our choices. I am drawn to the resilience that lives in everyone, even when it is hidden under fear, doubt, or pain.
As a therapist, I am honored to witness that resilience and to provide a space where people can feel safe enough to discover it for themselves. I believe that when someone feels truly connected, to themselves, to another human being, and to their own capacity for growth, healing is not only possible, it is inevitable.
This work is sacred to me because it reminds me every day that we are not meant to navigate life alone. We heal, we grow, and we find meaning through connection, and I feel honored to walk alongside people as they find their way back to themselves.

When I’m not in session, there’s a good chance I’m outside. I love hiking, biking, skiing, playing pickleball or just wandering down a trail with no real agenda. Being outside is one of the ways I reset, moving my body tends to put things back into perspective.
I’m also someone who finds a lot of joy in simple things. Morning coffee while the birds are doing their thing, sitting in the sun, journaling, or writing a few thoughts down before the day gets going. On hikes I will absolutely stop to pet a friendly dog and I have been known to bring home an interesting rock or two.
I love trying new things and keeping life a little curious. Gardening, yoga, experimenting with new recipes, and occasionally picking up a new hobby are all part of the mix. I enjoy art nights with my friends, playing volleyball, taking Spanish lessons, and mixing up my routines. I also love a good documentary and I’m currently trying to read more books, which is both aspirational and ongoing.
For me, these are ways I stay connected to life, to curiosity, and to the small moments that make a day feel meaningful. They help me stay grounded, present, and human, which is something I value bringing into the therapy room as well.
